Section 26, officially Infield Grandstand 26, is on the third base side of home plate, between home and third. It is part of the original 1912 seating bowl.
Seating in this section has changed very little over the years. Capacity in 1975 was 430 in 18 rows; it is 427 today.
Seats 1/23 and 1/24 have bottoms one inch thicker than normal, so they act as mini booster seats.
The following seats are “ghost seats” and do not exist due to proximity to poles: 1/1, 15/1, 16/1, 17/1, 18/1.
Rows 1 through 10 are higher priced than rows 11 through 18.
Best seat: Row 1 Seat 24 (aisle)
Worst seat: Row 2 Seat 2 (worst seat behind pole 25/26)
The chart below shows which seats are obstructed (view of catcher, batter, pitcher, or anywhere in between them blocked), partially obstructed (the bases or anywhere inside the diamond blocked), almost totally unobstructed (only foul territory or a small part of the outfield blocked), or totally unobstructed (including grass in foul territory); and shows which seats have blocked views of the main centerfield videoboard.
