When constructed, Sections 11 through 13 were called the “Right Field Grandstand Extension”. Section 13 is just past first base. It is farthest from home plate among the highest-price “Infield Grandstand” seats; just past it is Section 12 where seats were an average of $3 lower in 2018.
Sections 11 through 13 were added onto the original 1912 seating bowl which extended from Sections 14 through 28.
Section 13 has an unusual configuration because the back end of it has a concrete structure supporting a walkway. This narrowed the last six rows to be only 6 seats wide. But the aisle between 13 and 12 was moved recently, making 13 wider and 12 narrower. Before that was done, Row 10 Seat 10 was unusual in that it had no seat back — the concrete wall served as the seat back.
Capacity of this section was 153 in 1975, and it is 277 today.
The seats in Row 1 have long leg room.
Rows 1 through 10 are higher priced than rows 11 through 17.
Best seat: Row 1 Seat 15
Worst seat: Row 1 Seat 18 (behind pole 13/14)
The chart below shows which seats are obstructed (view of catcher, batter, pitcher, or anywhere in between them blocked), partially obstructed (the bases or anywhere inside the diamond blocked), almost totally unobstructed (only foul territory or a small part of the outfield blocked), or totally unobstructed (including grass in foul territory); and shows which seats have blocked views of the main centerfield videoboard.
